By entering the property, booking a reservation, or otherwise using our facilities, you agree to comply with the following Terms and
Conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Full Throttle Campground website, online services, and any related
digital platforms (“Service”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Full Throttle Campground and outline the
rights and responsibilities of all users.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and any individuals who access or interact with the Service in any capacity.
Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Full Throttle Campground does not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 18
to create accounts or use its online services.
Access to Full Throttle Campground’s online services, reservations, and liability agreements is limited to individuals who are 18 years
of age or older, unless a parent or legal guardian completes the booking and signs all required waivers on behalf of a minor in their
party. In compliance with Tennessee contract law and liability waiver standards, users submitting reservations or signing agreements
confirm they are legally able to enter a binding contract. Minors under 18 may stay at the campground only when accompanied by a
responsible adult who assumes full legal and financial responsibility for them. Full Throttle Campground reserves the right to request
age verification if necessary to confirm eligibility for booking, waiver execution, or participation in regulated campground activities.
Any person on the premises who is not part of a registered rental party or has not signed a Release of Liability Waiver may be
considered unauthorized on the property, and subject to removal under Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-14-405 (Criminal Trespass) if they
refuse to comply with registration or exit instructions. By booking or entering the facility, you acknowledge that eligibility rules exist
to protect guests, staff, trail access culture, and campground property.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also subject to Full Throttle Campground’s Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is
collected, used, and protected. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.
Full Throttle Campground values the privacy and security of all guests, property owners, employees, and affiliated staff. Any personal
information collected—whether through reservations, waivers, purchases, messaging, Wi-Fi access, or campground services—is used
solely for legitimate business operations, safety compliance, emergency communication, and guest experience improvements. We do
not sell, trade, or distribute personal data except where required by law, such as responding to legal requests, safety incidents, or
law enforcement inquiries. All data is handled in accordance with Tennessee Consumer Protection Act principles (Tenn. Code Ann. §
47-18-101 et seq.) and applicable federal privacy standards. The owners and employees of Full Throttle Campground are protected
from unwanted disclosure under privacy, anti-harassment, and workplace safety principles. Guests may not record, publish, or
distribute images, videos, personal details, or statements identifying campground owners or employees in a harmful, misleading, or
unauthorized way. Full Throttle Campground takes reasonable safeguards to protect stored information, internal operations,
employee identity, and property rights. By using our services or entering the premises, you acknowledge that Full Throttle
Campground and its staff are not liable for user-posted content, and that any misuse of personal or employee information may result
in removal from the facility, banning of future access, or civil remedies as allowed by Tennessee and federal law.
User Accounts
When creating an account with Full Throttle Campground, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and kept up
to date. Providing false, incomplete, or outdated information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your
account, whether authorized by you or not.
You agree not to share your password or account access with any third party. If you become aware of any unauthorized use or security
breach related to your account, you must notify Full Throttle Campground immediately.
Username Standards
You may not select a username that:
• Impersonates another individual or entity
• Uses a name or trademark without proper authorization
• Is deceptive, misleading, offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate
Full Throttle Campground reserves the right to require changes to usernames or suspend accounts that violate these standards.
Enforcement
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service, without prior notice, at the
discretion of Full Throttle Campground. Intellectual Property Respect
Full Throttle Campground respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its website, services, and online
platforms to do the same.
It is our policy to respond appropriately to valid claims that content made available through our website or services infringes the
copyright or other intellectual property rights of a third party.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that material appearing on Full Throttle
Campground’s website or services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice requesting removal of the allegedly
infringing material.

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-
notification in accordance with the DMCA. Instructions for submitting a counter-notification will be provided upon request.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with applicable law, Full Throttle Campground reserves the right to limit access to its services or terminate the access
of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
Feedback and Suggestions
Any comments, suggestions, ideas, reviews, or other feedback you provide to Full Throttle Campground—whether submitted through
our website, email, social media, or in person—may be used by Full Throttle Campground without restriction.

Suspension and Termination
Full Throttle Campground reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to its website, services, or any associated
accounts at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated or for any other
reason deemed necessary to protect our operations, property, or users.
Upon termination, your right to access or use our services will immediately cease.
You may discontinue use of Full Throttle Campground’s website or services at any time if you choose to do so.
Reservations & Check-In
1. Reservations are confirmed only upon payment of any required deposit.
2. Check-in time: 10:00 AM- 8:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
3. Guests must register upon arrival and display the campground pass (if provided).
4. All persons, vehicles, and pets must be included in your reservation.
Under Tennessee premises liability law (Tenn. Code Ann. § 29-20-101 et seq., and applicable common law), guests are required to
exercise reasonable care while on the property.
The primary renter is financially and legally responsible for the actions, conduct, and behavior of all guests, visitors, and invitees
within their party while on the premises of Full Throttle Campground. Under Tennessee law, liability waivers are enforceable when
clearly stated and voluntarily executed. ALL guests, visitors, and members of the renter’s party MUST sign Full Throttle Campground’s
Release of Liability Waiver prior to entering or using the property, including recreational areas.This requirement is supported by:
Tennessee common law governing assumption of risk. Tenn. Code Ann. § 70-7-101 et seq. (Recreational Use Statute), where
applicable
The primary renter is responsible for ensuring compliance.
Any individual present on the property without a signed liability waiver or authorization is considered unlawfully present.
Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-14-405 (Criminal Trespass), such individuals may be:
• Removed immediately
• Banned from the property
• Subject to law enforcement involvement if refusal to leave occurs
By entering or remaining on the premises, all guests acknowledge they have: Read and understood this policy;Agreed to comply with
all campground rules; Accepted responsibility for damages and conduct
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.
Payment, Cancellations & Damage Collections
1. Payment is due in full upon arrival.
2. Cancellations made 4 months or more prior to arrival may be eligible for a refund minus a processing fee.
No-shows or late arrivals will not receive a refund.
3. Rates are subject to change without notice but will be honored for confirmed bookings.
Full Throttle Campground reserves the right to: Charge the credit card on file; Retain all or part of any security deposit; Invoice the
renter for damages exceeding deposits
Failure to remit payment may result in collection actions pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 28-3-104 and other applicable statutes. If
damages, violations, or unpaid fees are not resolved, Full Throttle Campground may pursue civil remedies, including but not limited
to: Filing suit in Tennessee General Sessions or Circuit Court; Recovery of damages; Court costs, filing fees, and reasonable attorney’s
fees where permitted.
Campsite Use
1. Only one camping unit (tent, trailer, RV) and one vehicle are allowed per site unless otherwise approved.
2. Campsites must be kept clean, and all trash disposed of in designated receptacles.
Please do not leave trash in fire pits: trash left will result in a a surcharge fee.
3. Do not move fire rings, picnic tables, or other site furnishings.
4. Maximum occupancy per site: 7 people.
Under Tennessee premises liability law (Tenn. Code Ann. § 29-20-101 et seq., and applicable common law), guests are required to
exercise reasonable care while on the property.
The primary renter is financially and legally responsible for the actions, conduct, and behavior of all guests, visitors, and invitees
within their party while on the premises of Full Throttle Campground. Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 47-18-104 and applicable civil
remedies, any guest causing damage—intentional or negligent—to campground property shall be liable for full repair or replacement
costs, including but not limited to: Buildings, cabins, campsites, bathrooms, utilities, signage, and common areas; Furniture,
appliances, fixtures, linens, mattresses, or equipment; Landscaping, roads, or grounds; Damage caused by vehicles, ATVs, UTVs,
motorcycles, or trailers
Charges may include: Labor and materials; Professional cleaning or remediation; Administrative costs; Loss of use or rental income.
Quiet Hours
1. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
Please respect your neighbors.
2. Loud music, generators, and disruptive behavior are not permitted during quiet hours.
Quiet Hours at Full Throttle Campground are enforced to protect guest safety, community peace, and quality of stay. In accordance
with Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-305 (Disorderly Conduct) and local noise enforcement principles, all guests agree to maintain
reasonable sound levels during designated Quiet Hours, which begin at 10:00 PM and end at 6:00 AM (Eastern Time Zone, UTC-5).
During this time, activities that disrupt other guests—including loud music, excessive vehicle noise, revving engines, generators,
shouting, fireworks, amplified audio devices, or large unruly gatherings—are prohibited. Guests must also refrain from operating off-
road vehicles within the facility in a way that produces unnecessary noise during Quiet Hours. Full Throttle Campground reserves the
right to issue warnings, restrict privileges, or require immediate removal of individuals or groups that violate Quiet Hours. Guests
acknowledge that repeated or severe noise disturbances may result in removal without refund and may be reported to local
authorities if the behavior qualifies as unlawful public disruption. By remaining on the premises, guests accept that Quiet Hours
enforcement is performed in good faith to preserve a family-friendly, ride-focused, and respectful trail culture.
Fires & Fire Safety
1. Fires are allowed only in designated fire rings or grills.
2. Fire bans and restrictions will be enforced without exception.
3. Never leave fires unattended. Extinguish completely before leaving the site or going to sleep.
4. Gathering firewood from the property is prohibited unless authorized.
Compliance with Tennessee Law
All guests, visitors, and members of a renter’s party must comply with Tennessee fire safety laws, including but not limited to:
• Tenn. Code Ann. § 39‑14‑306 – Open-air fires may require a burn permit from the State Forester, especially between October 15
and May 15, or in wildfire-prone conditions.
• Tenn. Code Ann. § 39‑14‑304 – Starting a fire that spreads or violates a burn ban is considered reckless burning and is a Class A
misdemeanor.
• Tenn. Code Ann. § 68‑102‑146 – Landowners or permit holders must take precautions to prevent fires from spreading to neighboring
property.
Failure to comply with state or local fire regulations may result in immediate removal from the campground, fines, or legal action.
Fire Ban Compliance
During periods of high fire risk or state-declared burn bans, all open fires, including campfires, fire pits, grills, and outdoor burning,
are strictly prohibited.
• Guests must follow any burn ban orders issued by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture or local authorities.
• Violation of burn bans is considered reckless burning and may result in criminal charges under Tennessee law.
Campfire and Fire Pit Safety Rules
When fires are permitted under law and campground rules:
1. Fires must be contained in designated fire rings or fire pits provided by Full Throttle Campground.
2. Fires must be kept at least 25–50 feet from tents, cabins, vehicles, and flammable vegetation.
3. Fires must be attended at all times by a responsible adult.
4. Keep fire extinguishing tools nearby, such as a bucket of water, shovel, or fire extinguisher.
5. Do not burn trash, plastics, or hazardous materials. Only approved firewood or materials may be used.
6. Fires must be completely extinguished before leaving the site or going to sleep.
Guest Responsibility
The primary renter is fully responsible for the actions and safety of all members of their party regarding fires. Guests may be
financially liable for:
• Damage to campground property, natural areas, or neighboring properties.
• Costs associated with fire suppression or emergency response.
• Violations of state or local fire laws.
Enforcement
Full Throttle Campground reserves the right to:
• Extinguish fires that violate policy or appear unsafe.
• Remove guests immediately for failure to comply with fire safety rules or burn bans.
• Report violations to local authorities as required by law.
Acknowledgment
By staying at Full Throttle Campground, all guests acknowledge that they:
• Have read and understood the Fire Safety & Burn Ban Policy.
• Agree to comply with all Tennessee state laws, local ordinances, and campground rules regarding fire safety.
• Accept responsibility for any damages, fines, or legal consequences resulting from unsafe fire practices.
Pets
1. Well-behaved pets are welcome, but must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet.
2. Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
3. Pets may not be left unattended and must not disturb other guests.
4. Aggressive animals are not permitted.
Pets are welcome at Full Throttle Campground provided they remain under the owner’s direct control at all times. In accordance with
Tenn. Code Ann. § 44-8-408 (dogs running at large) and general Tennessee animal safety standards, all pets must be restrained on a
leash no longer than 6 feet whenever outside the renter’s site or designated pet areas. Owners are required to clean up pet waste
immediately, and any pet that displays aggressive behavior, causes injury, property damage, or disrupts the peace of other guests
may be removed from the premises without refund. Full Throttle Campground is not liable for pet-related incidents involving other
animals, wildlife, or people. The pet owner assumes full responsibility for any claims, injuries, or damages caused by their animal
under Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-14-405 (property damage by animals) and may be held financially accountable for repair costs, cleaning
fees, or medical claims if applicable. Service animals, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et
seq.), are exempt from breed and pet-type restrictions but must still comply with leash and supervision requirements for safety.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
1. Alcohol is permitted only at your campsite and must be consumed responsibly.
2. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
3. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas and never inside buildings.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all non-smoking structures and enclosed areas in accordance with the Tennessee Non-Smoker
Protection Act
(Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-1801 through § 39-17-1810).
Evidence of smoking—including odor, burns, ash, vape residue, or fire damage—will result in mandatory cleaning and/or replacement
fees, including but not limited to:
• Professional deodorization or ozone treatment
• Upholstery, mattress, or furnishing replacement
• Fire or heat damage repairs
Fees will be assessed at the sole discretion of campground management based on actual remediation costs.
Conduct & Safety
1. Disorderly conduct, harassment, or violence will result in immediate removal without refund.
2. Guests must obey all posted rules, signs, and staff instructions.
3. The campground is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
4. Swimming, walking, hiking, or other activities are at your own risk.
All guests and visitors at Full Throttle Campground agree to conduct themselves responsibly and in a manner that protects the safety
of others and the property of the campground. Disorderly conduct, threats, harassment, property damage, public intoxication, illegal
drug use, reckless operation of vehicles, or any behavior that places guests, staff, or facilities at risk is prohibited. Under Tenn. Code
Ann. § 39-17-305 (Disorderly Conduct) and Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-14-405 (Criminal Mischief), individuals may be removed immediately
for unsafe or destructive actions and may be held legally and financially accountable for damages or disruptions caused. Full Throttle
Campground is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, and all activities—including riding, hiking, swimming, and
outdoor recreation—are undertaken at the guest’s own risk. Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions, and failure to
comply may result in removal from the premises, loss of privileges, or involvement of law enforcement if necessary.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern, complaint, or dispute related to the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by
contacting Full Throttle Campground directly.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue any remedies available under applicable law.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
• You are not located in a country subject to United States trade sanctions or embargoes; and
• You are not listed on any U.S. government list of restricted or prohibited persons or entities.
Language Interpretation
If these Terms and Conditions are translated into another language, the English version shall control in the event of any inconsistency
or dispute.
Vehicles & Parking
1. Speed limit within the campground is 5 mph.
2. Parking is permitted only in designated areas.
3. Washing vehicles on-site is not allowed and can result in an additional fee.
All guests agree to operate and park vehicles responsibly while on the premises of Full Throttle Campground. For safety compliance
and property protection, all motor vehicles—including trucks, passenger vehicles, trailers, ATVs, UTVs, and motorcycles—must obey
posted speed limits and campground traffic rules. Tennessee law supports removal of individuals operating vehicles recklessly under
Tenn. Code Ann. § 55-10-205 (Reckless Driving), which may include excessive speed, unsafe operation, or disregard for guest and
pedestrian safety. Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking or campsite areas. Blocking roadways, service access points,
emergency routes, or neighboring guest spaces is prohibited. Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be relocated at the
owner’s expense. Full Throttle Campground reserves the right to restrict vehicle privileges or remove guests who violate parking or
safety rules, and may involve law enforcement if necessary to maintain public safety. Off-road vehicles operated on state or federal
roadways outside the facility must also comply with applicable federal land-use travel rules when riding in areas such as Big South
Fork or other public trail systems managed under federal jurisdiction.
Wildlife & Environmental Protection
1. Do not feed, approach, or disturb wildlife.
2. Protect plants, trees, and natural features — no cutting, carving, or damaging vegetation.
3. Use biodegradable products whenever possible.
Guests and visitors of Full Throttle Campground agree to respect wildlife, vegetation, and the natural environment while on the
premises. In accordance with Tenn. Code Ann. § 70-4-401 et seq. (Tennessee Wildlife Resources statutes) and federal protections
where applicable—including the Lacey Act (16 U.S.C. §§ 3371–3378) prohibiting the harassment, harm, or illegal interaction with
protected wildlife—guests may not feed, chase, capture, relocate, or intentionally disturb animals on or near the property. Cutting,
carving, burning, defacing, or otherwise damaging trees, plants, rock formations, or natural features is prohibited and may result in
removal from the facility, damage fees, or civil liability under Tennessee property and environmental protection principles. Full
Throttle Campground encourages the use of biodegradable, non-toxic products and proper waste disposal to reduce environmental
impact. You acknowledge that outdoor areas contain natural and unpredictable conditions, and you agree to act responsibly to
preserve the land for future riders, families, and guests. Failure to follow environmental and wildlife safety rules may result in loss of
access, removal from the premises, or further legal action if necessary to protect the campground and surrounding ecosystem.

Your Right to Post Content
Full Throttle Campground may allow guests, visitors, or users (“You”) to submit, upload, post, or otherwise share content, including
but not limited to reviews, photos, videos, comments, messages, or other materials (“Content”) through our website, social media
pages, or other digital services.
You are solely responsible for any Content You submit, including its accuracy, legality, appropriateness, and compliance with all
applicable laws and regulations.
By submitting Content to Full Throttle Campground, You grant Full Throttle Campground a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide
license to use, reproduce, modify, display, publish, distribute, and share such Content in connection with campground operations,
marketing, promotions, and online presence.
You retain ownership of any Content You submit. However, You are responsible for protecting Your rights in that Content.
You represent and warrant that:
1. You own the Content or have the legal right to submit it and grant the rights described above; and
2. The submission and use of Your Content does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including privacy rights,
publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or contractual rights.
Content Restrictions
Full Throttle Campground does not endorse or assume responsibility for Content submitted by users. You acknowledge and agree that
You are fully responsible for all Content submitted under Your name or account, whether posted by You or by anyone using Your
access.
You agree not to submit or share Content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate. Prohibited Content
includes, but is not limited to:
• Content that violates any local, state, or federal law
• Threatening, abusive, defamatory, or harassing material
• Discriminatory or hateful content directed at individuals or groups
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, promotional schemes, or chain messages
• Content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights
• Impersonation of any person, business, or organization
• Invasion of privacy or misuse of personal information
• False, misleading, or deceptive statements
Content Monitoring & Removal
Full Throttle Campground reserves the right—but does not assume the obligation—to review, moderate, edit, restrict, or remove any
Content at its sole discretion, for any reason, including Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
Full Throttle Campground may also limit or terminate access to its services if prohibited Content is posted.
Use at Your Own Risk
You acknowledge that Content shared by other users or third parties may be inaccurate, offensive, or objectionable. You agree that
Full Throttle Campground is not liable for any Content posted by users or third parties, nor for any loss or damage resulting from
reliance on such Content.
Content Backups
While Full Throttle Campground may periodically back up certain data, no guarantee is made that Content will be preserved,
recoverable, or free from loss or corruption.
You understand that:
• Content may be lost, altered, or corrupted for reasons beyond our control
• Backup systems may fail or be incomplete
Full Throttle Campground is not responsible for restoring lost Content and assumes no liability for data integrity. You are solely
responsible for maintaining independent copies of any Content You submit.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and your use of the Full Throttle Campground website and services, shall be governed by and interpreted
in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law
principles.
Your use of the Service may also be subject to additional local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or interpreted to
best reflect its original intent to the extent permitted by law. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Failure by Full Throttle Campground to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or
provision. Any waiver of a breach shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Liability
By staying at Full Throttle Campground, you assume all risks associated with camping and outdoor activities. Full Throttle
Campground LLC and its owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, or damage to property that may occur during
your stay.

As a condition of FULL THROTTLE CAMPGROUND, LLC, allowing me to into its property for camping and other leisure and recreational
purposes, I agree to the following for myself and for my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns:
I WAIVE,RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE FULL THROTTLE CAMPGROUND, LLC, its owners, agents, and employees, from any ánd all
responsibility or liability for injuries or damages resulting from my use or occupation of the property, even if such damage or injury
results from a negligent act or omission by FULL THROTTLE CAMPGROUND, LLC, or any of its owners, agents, and employees; and
I IDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, and PROMISE NOT TO SUE FULL THROTTLE
CAMPGROUND, LLC, and its owners, agents, and employees, from any and all injuries or damages resulting from my use or occupation
of the property, even if such damage or injury results from a negligent act or omission by FULL THROTTLE CAMPGROUND, LLC, or any
of its owners, agents, and employees;
(C) I understand and agree that I am responsible for any damage to the cabin due to my pets or negligence and am responsible for the
replacement or reconstruction of the damage. I understand and agree that there are other campgrounds available to me, and that my use of the property of FULL
THROTTLE CAMPGROUND, LLC, is purely voluntary and for recreational purposes, and that this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
does not apply to acts of gross negligence, reckless misconduct, or intentional wrongdoing by FULL THROTTLE CAMPGROUND, LLC, or
any of its owners, agents, and employees.
(D) I acknowledge and agree to abide by the following rules that could result in a fee if I do not abide by them. I agree to not move
firepits from designated spots. I agree to keep my dog/dogs on leashes at all times while visiting FULL THROTTLE CAMPGROUND, LLC.
I agree to claim full responsibility for any damage done to the cabin/ the bunkhouse/ the apartment/ campsite(s) while visiting FULL
THROTTLE CAMPGROUND, LLC.
Rule Enforcement
1. Management reserves the right to remove any guest or group that violates these terms without refund.
2. Rules may be updated at any time to ensure safety and enjoyment for all visitors.
All guests and visitors must follow the rules and safety standards set by Full Throttle Campground at all times. Campground
management reserves the right to enforce rules, restrict privileges, or remove any individual or group from the property for
violations, including but not limited to: property damage, unauthorized fires, dangerous vehicle operation, harassment, illegal
substances, excessive noise, failure to supervise children or pets, or refusal to comply with staff direction. Removal from the premises
may occur without refund and without prior warning when necessary to protect safety or property. Per Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-14-304
(Reckless Burning), Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-14-405 (Criminal Trespass), and Tenn. Code Ann. § 55-10-205 (Reckless Driving), guests may
also be held legally accountable when conduct violates state law. Full Throttle Campground reserves the right to update rules at any
time and apply them immediately. By remaining on the property, you acknowledge that enforcement actions are for the protection of
guests, staff, and facilities, and you agree not to hold the campground liable for decisions made in good-faith to maintain order,
safety, or legal compliance.

The Full Throttle Campground website, online services, and related digital content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without
warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Full Throttle Campground disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied,
statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and
non-infringement. Any warranties that may arise from course of dealing, usage of trade, or prior performance are also expressly
disclaimed.
Full Throttle Campground makes no guarantees or representations that:
• The Service will meet your expectations or specific needs
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The Service will be compatible with all devices, browsers, systems, or software
